Ukrainian
Academy of Arts.

Hairdressing Art - invited on the anniversary festival the creators of beauty from the different countries of the world|peace|, that converted the Ukrainian festival into international one.
Two days of Festival became the real|this| opening|discovery| for the festival’s guests, which were impressed by the level of the Ukrainian hairdressing art. Known master of style of - Carl Zachhau highly estimated|evaluate| creation of students of

ІІ Student Olympiad of "Art-Couiffur"
The first day of Festival began by the II student Olympiad of "Art-couiffur", which collected commands of the
Kiev institutes of higher of hairdresser orientation in a merry competition. This year in an olympiad competed four commands:
«Muses of Appolona» (Kiev higher professional schooling of technologies and design of clothes);
«Diskonektsiya» (College of the Kiev national university of technologies and design);
«КАPI» (
Kiev
Academy of hairdressing art);
«Freestyle» (State Institute training personals of industry).
In jury were the representatives from educational establishment of every command and independent experts: A chairman of judge is Valentin Chagin – deputy of head Main administration of education and science of executive branch of
Kiev city Advice , the head of Management of professional - technical education.
Jurymen:
• Irina Obolenskaya is an artist-designer, master of international class, associate professor of Kiev national University of culture and arts, author of numerous articles on history of hair-do.
• Carl Zachhau- the British stylist, company “ТіGі”.
• Ljudmila Len’ is a pro-rector on preparation of specialists of State Institute of training of personals of industry.
• Svetlana Lubyanskaya is a rector of
Kiev
Academy of hairdressing art.
• Olga Zinchenko is teacher the Kiev national university of technologies and design, manager by the cyclic commission of hairdresser disciplines.
• Tamara Alekseenko is a teacher of
Kiev higher professional schoolin of technologies and design of clothes.
A judge worked openly – after every competition jurymen estimations proposed from two to five and the proper lifted the estimations of card. These information at once straight in a hall was added to the computer of the Returning broker, which counted up total marks.
It is desirable to mark that every command showed the high level of creation and professionalism. As be obvious from a final table, most generous amount of marks – 123- it was succeeded to collect a command «Diskonektsiya», which got Cup for a 1th place. Just on one mark a command «КАPI» collected less than, conquering a 2th place. For a 3th place rewarded a command «Freestyle». A cup for a 4th place was reached a command «Muses of Appolona».
Student Olympiad of «Art-couiffur» demonstrated creative possibilities of students of educational establishments of hairdressing orientation, popularization of modern professions and new names, exchange by experience, but the most important is the merry holiday of fantasy and creative, interesting trip in the world of beauty.

Professional competitions of Festival
Large interest was caused by the festival competitions , in which both youths and experimental masters competed from , and Belorus. World stars entered in the complement of judge: Carl Zachhau (Great Britain), Harun CICI (Turkey), a world champion on a hairdresser art is Ivan Ganev (Bulgaria), French guest – stylist maker Mar'yan Bar'e, known Ukrainian creators of beauty is Marina Borschevskaya, Victoria Knyazskaya, Oksana Gritsenko et al.
A judge worked openly and transparently: at once after signing of protocols, straight in the visual hall of estimation after competitive works were added to the computer which counted up results.
In an evening a show-program enchanting «Spectacle of fantasy appearances» the participants of competitions presented the works in shows. Culmination of the program was become by the ceremony of rewarding of winners which got Cups from organizers and gifts from the partners of Festival: To the company C:EHKO, to Company Premium cosmetic, to Company Kosmotrade, publishing houses of magazines «Curl», «Charm of Auto of Lady», «Beauty and business», Ukrainian edition of «YOU Professional».

A festival "Crystal Angel" this year enabled the Ukrainian professionals of sphere of beauty to know about the last tendencies in fashionable hair-dos which are offered by world the capital of hairdressing art. All of it became possible due to arrival on Festival leading British master of style Carl Zachhau and business-representative of company ТiGi Joe Calve

The high level of masters in the author shows was shown by the leading teachers of КАПИ (author show “Ovation” from the designer of hair-dos of international class of Viktoria Knyazskay and body –art show “Neon provacation” from an artist-make-up artist of international class Oksana Gritsenko). The audience was staggered by the show of art-hairstyles the "Black-white illusion" from the final group of bachelors-designers of hair-do and make-up of КАHA (creative leader Svetlana Lubyanskaya).
On the whole students and teachers of
Kievan
Academy of hairdresser art for Gala-show of Festival prepared more than 130 fantasy appearances in which art-hairstyles combined harmoniously, make-up, body art and suits. These appearances professionally presented on the stage of model of agency of “Beautiful models”, the dancers of show-ballet “Epatazh” (students of КАHA), and also students of the Kiev States college of vaudeville and circus arts. The enchanting and spectacle shows of fantasy appearances harmoniously combined with wonderful voice of vaudeville singer Yaroslavy Chetvertak. A bright spectacle on two actions staggered the uniqueness and professionalism of both the Ukrainian participants and guests of Festival.
  
      
    
 
"Crystal Angel" became an international cultural forum, holiday of creation, fantasy and high fashion, which came into a notice to Ukraine of foreign specialists sphere of hairdressing art and decorative cosmetics. Leaving, the guests of Festival very thanked organizers for an open-armed welcome, for the pleasant impressions which "Crystal Angel presented them"
